Nowadays, milking machines have gradually replaced manual milking, mainly due to their high work efficiency, simple operation, and the ability to save some labor costs. However, there is a problem that as the usage time increases, the efficiency of the machine often decreases, and its performance is not as good as before. After verification, there are many factors that affect its performance. Next, we will talk about the main factors that affect the performance of the machine.

1. Vacuum degree is the main factor affecting pulsation frequency. When vacuum degree changes, it can cause changes in milking rate, milking time, pulsation frequency, and beat ratio. Excessive vacuum can increase the amount of residual milk in the breast, causing nipple congestion and leading to breast diseases; If the vacuum is too low, it will slow down the milking speed and cause scattered milk cups. When the shaking amount is too large, it will still form The reverse flow of time and space brings bacteria into the breasts. Therefore, the requested vacuum level for milking should be stable within the range of 43-53 kPa, with a shaking amount not exceeding 2.5-4 kPa.

2. The pulsation frequency of a milking machine refers to the number of times the milking cup is milked per minute. The pulsation frequency is fast, which can relax the breast sphincter and increase the speed of milk flowing out from the milk and head, thereby shortening the milking time. But when the milking cup stops massaging, a small amount of milk will flow back from the nipple chamber into the nipple, bringing bacteria into the breast and causing diseases. Therefore, the pulsation frequency should not be too fast or too slow, but should be in line with the pulsation frequency of the cow's heart, preferably 50-60 beats per minute.

Therefore, in order to maintain the original performance of the milking machine for a long time, it is necessary to do some good work during daily use, such as inspection work before and after use, clearing work before and after use, regular maintenance and care work, etc. If the machine is taken care of, the milk produced will become safer and of better quality, so it is important to pay attention to the operation of the machine.
